The project, located in the heart of Orlando's Tourist District, aims to develop 227 acres into a mixed-use community with hotels, residential apartments, and retail space. About $30 million in land development costs will be covered by CDD bonds. Of the 79.80 acres of usable land, it will be sold at around $1.6 million per acre or $37/sqft. The total land value under contract or negotiation is approximately $105 million.
